So why would we drive over 300 miles and 6+ hours one way to interview a single band we’ve interviewed several times the past 5 years? Simply put, that band is New Years Day so it was more than worth our time.

For those who follow the band, you are already aware that this week is an extraordinary week for Ash Costello and crue. First, it was just announced the band will be headlining their first tour ever, with support by Diamante and Savage After Midnight. Secondly, the really huge reason for fans to celebrate, is the bands long awaited, highly aclaimed new album ‘Unbreakable’ will finally drop this Friday April 26th.

It only makes sense that the main topics of #MischievousMel‘s on camera conversation with the always stunning Ash and the handsome gents in the band revolved around the album and first headline tour. But, Mel also goes in depth about several tracks on ‘Unbreakable’ to get insight into the inspiration behind the songs, Ash and all the gents reveal their own personal favorites on the new record, and Ash reveals why the lyric writing process is so difficult for her.

You’ll also get new tattoo updates from everyone in the band, plus they’ll dish on who their preferred artists are. Sit back, listen and enjoy when you click this link for our Exclusive interview with New Years Day https://youtu.be/RXaEoXBluJY
